The Royal Ottawa is this Season's Chosen Charity!

As the pandemic continues, while there is a light at the end of the tunnel, people are still coping with continuing isolation and struggling to find a new normal. This is why ITR is committed to supporting organizations that provide care to those facing mental health issues. Even though our show is called Self-Help, many, at some time in their lives, need help from others.

With that in mind, ITR has chosen The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre as our charity for this show.

The mission of The Royal is to deliver excellence in specialized mental health care, advocacy, research and education. The Royal is one of Canada’s foremost mental health care, teaching and research hospitals.
